Julie helped us find our house in South San Francisco. When we started working with Julie we had already identified a few neighborhoods we wanted to live in. Terrabay in South San Francisco was at the top of that list. Julie worked her contacts and found us a 3 bed, 2.5 bath home with a yard that was off the market. We saw the place and with Julie's help made an offer that was probably a little below market -- and got it accepted! It was unbelievable that she found us a place that was perfect for us so quickly.

Julie also helped us negotiate the next hurdle... The house we bought was still tenant occupied and we agreed with the seller to only close on the property after the tenants moved out. Unfortunately, the tenants did not move out after the 60 day notice that the owners gave them. We had to do two extensions to the closing and put pressure on the owners to get their side of the deal in order. Julie helped us through this by coaching us and guiding us to not make rash decisions. I thought she could've been more forceful with the owner's agent -- but I think she played the cards right. Long story short though, we finally closed the house after 100 days

After that Julie helped us again by connecting us with a great floor guy -- who along with a contractor we found totally renovated our home. We couldn't be happier with the home. Though the process was long, Julie was super responsive and helpful the entire time. I would highly recommend her for anyone buying a home in San Mateo County. Her inside connections in getting you a house in San Mateo County are next to none. I don't think anyone else could have found us a place like that. She is great therapist when the going gets tough in the buying process as well.
