My background is as diverse as your needs: from rehabbing, owning an apartment complex, and managing AirBnBs, to holding a real estate and civil engineering tech degree from Old Dominion and a graduate certificate in real estate investment from Harvard University.
As a former Marine Scout Sniper and then Navy spouse, I've navigated the challenges of PCS moves and deployments firsthand. This experience, coupled with my time as a Virginia Beach firefighter/paramedic, gives me a unique understanding of the market and the needs of local and military families.
