Amazing! Highly recommended. Rosie helped me find a condo years ago. There is so much that is involved when buying a property but Rosie was there to facilitate the process and answer all of my questions.
She later helped me sell the condo and at the same time helped me find a house. Selling and purchasing at the same time can be so stressful! There were some challenges and unexpected scenarios in the but Rosie always managed everything with the best interest of the customer in mind. I appreciate her loyalty to her customers.
She has helped others members of my family buy a house too.

Rosie has been our family agent for years! When it was time for my husband and I to purchase our first home, we called her and within a day, she was already sending us over a list of houses that met our interest and budget! If we found a house we were interested in through our own research, she was also great about finding out additional details on the home and quickly setting up appointments for us. Buying a house is HARD, but buying a house during a pandemic is even harder and Rosie helped ease some of the stress! She demonstrated incredible patience and was ALWAYS available to answer all of our calls and questions. Thank you Rosie for helping us purchase our first home!

Rosie is Amazing! My Lifetime realtor for sure!
I cannot put into words how thankful I am for all her help. We came to Rosa with a very difficult sell and buy for my Mom AND I myself was skeptical if it was even doable, but this was no match for Rosie. From the very beginning she was just on top of EVERYTHING. She is Extremely knowledgeable about the market, a strong negotiator, great communicator, patient and always available. She was very in tune with what my Mom's priorities were when looking for her new home. On top of everything else she guided us both thru the process with a smile. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. You absolutely cannot go wrong with Rosie if you are considering buying or selling a home.

Rosa Romero is a true and caring realtor. She went above and beyond for me and my family searching for our dream home. She would let us know if the house had to many problems or if there wad something suspicious with the buy. She cared about our well being and didn't want us to get into something that was going to be a problem for our future. She was very patient and polite and answered any questions we had. I just want to say thank for everything and it was a pleasure having Rosa as our agent
