Rose helped us find our first home a few years ago and we had a great experience with her! She's fast, friendly, patient and answered any questions we had as first-time home buyers. We felt so comfortable with her and didn't feel like she rushed us into making a decision. We explained what we were looking for and she was on it! We recommend her to all our friends and family looking for a home. Rose is the best! She even checks up on us to see how things are going with our house!

Excellent realtor! She helped us every step of the way in finding our first home. She's very personable and kind. She's not interested in making more commission. She's interested in finding the right home for you and within your budget. She always had our best interests in mind. She's helped other colleagues of mine find homes and sell their homes. All of them are very happy with her work. Highly recommended!

EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS AS A REALTOR – ROSE FOREY Rose was essential in learning the house buying process and overall has exceeded our expectations as a realtor. In a market where houses are selling like crazy we were able to find a home immediately with Rose. She weeded out all the houses that were not for us by making calls to the respective realtors and finding out as much information on each house we wanted to see. From there we went to look for the ones that were actually available and had no offers pending. It only took one day looking at houses and we narrowed it down to one. She even weeded out houses that were too expensive for us meaning she’s not after the paycheck, she’s in it to help you and because she loves what she does. We put the offer in and it got accepted. Rose told us exactly what we had to put down on the offer to get the house and held our hand each step of the way! She’s very kind and patient with her clients but aggressive where it counts the most, negotiations with the seller! In less than a month we had the house bought and ready to move in. If you want a realtor that is really going to be there for you each step of the way, respect your preferences and fight to get what you need then Rose Forey is definitely the realtor you need. I even recommended Rose to a co-worker that had a lot more requirements for the house they wanted and had been working with another realtor for almost a year with no results. 5 YEARS OF SERVICE AND COUNTING! – ROSE FOREY I’ve known Rose about 5 years. I met her when I was looking for a realtor to lease a property for me. We connected instantly and I had a tenant within 3 days after listing the property. I’ve stayed in touch with her over the years. When I was ready to sell that property last year, Rose was the first person I called. After researching the pros and cons of selling then with her, I decided to wait a while longer. After watching the real estate market this year, I called Rose and we listed the property for sale. We had a contract on the house for the asking price in a matter of days.
