This was my first time using a Realtor for a rental search. The market is so hott right now that it’s even tough to find a rental property! I came across RoShunda through a referral from my massage therapist! I got in contact with her right away back in May 2020! I provided her with all of my wants, likes, and move dates. RoShunda began casually searching since my move was so far in advance! We communicated back and forth until about 2 months before my move! I was searching daily on her site, but not coming up with what I really wanted. One day she called me and said I think I found you something totally off par! We toured it together and a few days later made a decision to grab it before someone else. She gathered all of the paperwork needed and by the end of the weekend I had the place! In the future RoShunda will definitely assist me with house hunting! Thanks RoShunda..you’re the best…💯

I had been searching for the "right" home for over 2 years off and on. In that time period I married my wonderful spouse who had worked with Roshunda in the past to find a rental. So last year we contacted Roshunda and told her about our desire to buy in the future...although we weren't sure exactly when. Graciously Roshunda began sending us listings to help us get an idea of what kinds of homes would be in our price range. That was in November of 2020! So it took us some time to get our acts together and really get serious about looking for our future home. Well as soon as we were ready...in July of 2021...Roshunda was there! She began setting up showings for us immediately and made magic happen! The market was absolutely insane this summer but my spouse and I were truly blessed with Roshunda! We found "our home" on the second day of looking and fell in love! Roshunda moved quickly to provide comps in the area so we could make an educated and competitive offer. She submitted our offer and the rest is history! She walked us through the process start to finish and we closed on our home in a speedy 30 days! I highly recommend Roshunda for both first time home buyers as well as seasoned buyers. She's calm under pressure and will be the steady hand you can depend on in a highly emotional process!
