I have worked with Rosie on many projects and the feel you get is not like you are working with a regular agent, but more like a trusted college friend that you know always has your best interests in mind.

Despite being a Super Star agent, working with her always seems like you are her only client. You always get immediate replies and they are well thought out, detailed, and based on her sound experience.

Picking a real estate agent is always somewhat of a nerve-racking experience, but now it does not need to be. If you go with Rosie you'll immediately feel like you are in good hands and you'll get the results you seek.

My wife and I have been working with Rosie for over four years now. We couldn’t be happier with Rosie as a realtor and we highly recommend her. Rosie helped us find our first house, which she recently helped us sell as well. Rosie worked with us throughout the entire process and gave us great advice on local market pricing, staging and strategy. Through her expert guidance we were able to sell our house for above our asking price! We’ve also been searching for our forever home for over two years now and she has been there every step of the way. She’s taken care of every single thing I’ve ever asked of her, including difficult sellers, problematic inspections, scheduling appraisals and even lost/hidden septic tanks! It’s because of her expertise and advice that we were able to not only find our forever home, but buy it for $50,000 below it’s asking price!
