Ross Wiczer of REALTYFORCE, INC. has sold my properties successfully over several years, from being spot-on with the pricing even when others in the neighborhood were selling for much less. Mr. Wiczer did his due diligence and came up with an amount that was higher than others, but reasonable for the neighborhood and the fine updates of my properties. They sold within two weeks of being on the market. He was very helpful with each step of the selling process and at settlement and recommended a very reliable lawyer for my 1031 exchange.
