Ross Wiczer has been a realtor engaging in residential and commercial real estate sales as an agent and broker for forty three years. Upon graduating from the University of Maryland with a B.S. in Business Management in 1982, he promptly began his real estate career by selling condominiums in Washington, DC. Since that time, he has successfully sold luxury homes, new homes, investments, land packages and shopping centers throughout DC, MD, and VA. Ross Wiczer managed his own brokerage for over thirty years. He has also personally completed close to 2,000 transactions. Ross Wiczer is a native of the Washington, DC area and he currently resides in Bethesda, Maryland with his wife and two children.

Ross Wiczer of REALTYFORCE, INC. has sold my properties successfully over several years, from being spot-on with the pricing even when others in the neighborhood were selling for much less. Mr. Wiczer did his due diligence and came up with an amount that was higher than others, but reasonable for the neighborhood and the fine updates of my properties. They sold within two weeks of being on the market. He was very helpful with each step of the selling process and at settlement and recommended a very reliable lawyer for my 1031 exchange. Mr. Wiczer made the whole process of updating, selling, and settlement look like a piece of cake. I continue contacting him regarding my properties and highly recommend him. Christine F.
