Before real estate, Rouja spent years in the entertainment industry as a designer, winning an Emmy Award and working on a number of Oscar nominated movies. In addition to English, Rouja speaks Spanish, Russian, Bulgarian and some French. She has lived around the globe before making LA (West Hollywood) her home. The years spent in London, Paris, Montreal, Havana and Berlin (among others) help her understand and effortlessly relate to people from different cultures. It also gives her insider knowledge of international real estate markets.
