Royce Durhman

Royce has been involved in commercial real estate since 2004, and has been a broker at KW Commercial since 2014. Growing up, Royce was involved with helping his family manage and develop retail and office properties in Prescott, Wisconsin. Royce uses that experience, along with his real estate finance education from CCIM Institute to help his clients make decisions that will best impact their bottom line. Royce has focused most of his brokerage efforts on representing business owners in the office and industrial markets, and he has also helped several investors with the acquisition/disposition of investment property. Royce prides himself in being a bird-dog for his clients. He goes above and beyond most brokers by cold calling local businesses and informing business owners about listings and market opportunities.

Royce's strengths are being responsive to his clients, and using his financial education to get creative on deals that don't fit into the "conventional box". Royce is active in the commercial real estate community and participates as a member of MNCAR, CCIM, and NAR.
