Beginning her early career in real estate in the spring of 1990, Roylin developed a passion for first time buyers, and matching buyers with their perfect first home. Previous management experience at Nordstrom provided her with the high level of customer service needed in navigating real estate transactions.
Roylin stepped out of the real estate buying and selling process in 1994 to care for her small children as a single mother, while continuing her involvement in real estate in various positions throughout her career. Her endeavors included managing publications like the Pasadena Association of REALTORS Real Estate Weekly magazine and developing unique advertising opportunities for REALTORS with the Craftsman Homes and Traditional Homes sections at the Los Angeles Times. One of the most popular sections she developed was the Hot Properties advertising section in the LA Times, which is still running in the paper today.
Roylin took her career in real estate to yet another level as the National Sales Director for the California Association of REALTORS in 2000. In that capacity, she managed the REALTOR benefits programs at CAR, and oversaw the annual Trade Show and advertising in the RET and California Real Estate Magazines.
In Ventura, she founded, owned and operated Real Estate and Living Magazine and published and distributed it throughout Ventura County from 2007-2010.
After purchasing a home in Ventura, Roylin was inspired to rejoin the ranks of the REALTOR community and has been representing buyers and sellers in Ventura County. With her diverse background in real estate, she brings a unique skill set and experience to her real estate practice.
