Ruben Alfonso has a law degree ( USM, Caracas - Venezuela ) with Post Graduate studies in Management for Lawyers ( IESA, Caracas, Venezuela), Strategic Management of Treasury ( IESA, Caracas, Venezuela ) with specialization in Financial Institutions ( UCAB, Caracas Venezuela ).

In the year 2004 he obtained a degree in Real Estate for the State of Florida.

His experience in Real Estate Investment Funds, EB5, Pre Construction, Residential Real Estate, Commercial Real Estate, Investment, Short Sale, Foreclosures and Auction, led him to be the exclusive representative for South America for some of the most important projects in Florida and achieving year after year the "TOP 1% SALES CLOSED".

In late 2008 made a strategic alliance with BeachFront Realty and established "RA REALTORS by Beachfront Realty", a team of qualified professionals in South Florida Real Estate and Investments.
