Ruben Gomez! I would recommend him to anyone whole heartedly. I moved into North Virginia in June 2020 from west coast and had no idea of this locality. But I wanted to buy an investment property. Thankfully somehow I got connected with Ruben through Redfin/Zillow after I showed interest ina property. Wow, he was so prompt and friendly. He always went above and beyond to represent me and make sure my best interests was prioritized, providinf sound guidance and information. He was always available when I needed to discuss, picking up calls at odd hours and being at the property whenever we needed. We closed the deal on that condo and we were so impressed with him that 6 months later when we decided to buy a house for ourselves, we had no doubt to reach out to him again. As in our previous experience, he was very helpful in talking to the builders and getting us apprised of every thing to consider before buying. Over and above, he offered generous cash back against the closing costs. It was a privelige to work with him and I have abdolutey no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who is looking to buy a house either for investment or for their own dwelling.
