I highly recommend Rudy for all your home buying/selling needs. He was absolutely amazing to work with! He helped me sell my Uncle’s house that was in a reverse mortgage. I’m the POA for my uncle and HUD was in charge of the reverse mortgage which made everything much more complicated. Rudy was extremely knowledgeable with reverse mortgages and stayed on top of HUD to get timely responses. Rudy made a difficult transaction go as smoothly and stress free as possible.
