Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $1.25M in Moraga, CA. --- We dealt with Russ for a number of years when we were looking for a home during 2010 to 2012, First, Russ is very patient. He really gets to understand what the buyer is looking for and is more than willing to say 'no' to homes he thinks are not right. His knowledge of building construction is especially helpful when looking at houses that might have issues. In our case, Russ was very methodical in his approach and was incredibly responsive when we needed him to show us a house or make a bid. In fact, it was Russ' responsiveness and negotiating skills that ensured that the buyer accepted our offer in Feb of 2012. There is no doubt in my mind that not for Russ, we would have wound up in a bidding war. Instead, our offer was accepted and the deal was sealed quickly. We are extremely happy with the house and the price paid.

Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Martinez, CA. --- Russ was very efficient and straight forward. I felt comfortable with his judgement and he got the job done! I strongly recommend him. I was renting the home but wanted to purchase from my landlord. It was a sensitive purchase and a tough one. It took extra time due to the challenge of the loan process and he helped me to continue to pursue the purchase and stay patient. I could have become frustrated and walked away but his persistence and guidance helped me stay on track. It would have been very easy to give up but now I am happy I didn't. This was my first home purchase in more than 20 years and so much has changed. The realtor needs to be up on all the new laws and guidelines and Russ is on top of them and knows his stuff.
