Ryan was born and raised in Omaha. He graduated Central High School, got his Bachelor's degree at a small college in Minnesota, and began career-life in Colorado. In 2005, he moved back home to be closer to family, which still gathers every Sunday for dinner.
Ryan has been professionally involved in real estate since 2003. His initial focus was on real estate investments, including the purchase and rehabilitation of distressed properties for profit. Through that experience, he acquired knowledge in all aspects of property improvement, even including land subdivision and condominium conversion. Parallel to the investment experience, Ryan enjoyed a career in the mortgage industry, helping clients understand the all-important, and often confusing process of real estate finance. The end result of it all is a wealth of knowledge on the expectations of both the buyers and sellers of real estate, and sound skill set available to his clients for use in any real estate situation.
Above everything else, Ryan's most important attribute may be his understanding and caring for people. He can genuinely put himself in the shoes of others, the key to understanding real estate goals of buyers and sellers alike. Understanding his clients' goals helps him get them the most bang for their buck.
Ryan lives in Omaha with his wife Ali and their growing family. In 2012, they ran the Lincoln Marathon together; proof that Ryan enjoys a good challenge. Ryan has enjoyed volunteering for Launch Leadership for over twenty years. In addition, Ryan enjoys community involvement with politics, charity, and real estate organizations.
