Ryan at RE/MAX Cornerstone was an amazing real estate agent for my boyfriend and I, who were first time home buyers. Ryan was referred to us from a friend in California, and we couldn’t have asked for a better agent. Ryan walked us through the steps and processes of purchasing a first home, and was always promptly available to answer questions. Ryan answered questions for us that couldn’t be answered by others, and he found us the perfect condo in Scottsdale in our price range. We both agreed Ryan’s personality was the best part of the transaction. We plan on using Ryan in future purchases and would recommend him to all of our friends and family here in Arizona.

We worked with Ryan very closely as he supplied us with listings and recommendations for the Cave Creek area. Since he grew up there, he is very familiar with the area and pointed out the pros and cons of moving there. I wish I could put more stars because Ryan and ReMax deserve the galaxy!!!! He is a shooting star one in million realtor and person. I have never felt so comfortable and educated through anything. When buying a house those are two very important parts to buying especially being young and newer to the area. You haven’t met picky until you meet me and Ryan truly listened to what I wanted in a house and didn’t want and made my dreams come true. I’ve been living in my new home now for about a month and it still doesn’t feel real that he found my dream house for me. On top of being a good at his job his personality is even better and he made every house viewing an experience and never failed to make me laugh. He is someone you would want to buy a house from then have him over for dinner. I honestly miss not looking at houses anymore but mainly because I miss his sense of humor and good eye. If I ever decided to sell and buy again he will for sure be the one I go to for his knowledge and experience. Thank you for all your help and making the house hunting a great time that will lead to a great life

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish working with Joann & Ryan. After doing an initial online realtor search we sat down with our finalists to hear all of their recommendations before making our final selection. While everyone we were considering had excellent track records, it was clear that Joann and Ryan really stood out from the crowd. For starters, they were by far the most thorough and accurate with their market analysis and pricing and went above and beyond with a marketing plan that no one else even came close to suggesting.

In addition, they are a very personable, thoughtful, and professional team and you can always count on their prompt communication and follow-up. Boyd Realty, specifically Ryan, was awesome to work with. We had randomly stopped at an open house and met Ryan. We were so impressed with him that when we were ready to get serious about purchasing a home, we contacted him. Ryan showed us at least 20 homes, and even went to one without us and took a video since we were not in town. He knew right away that it was not the right house for us, as he listened to what we had said and what we wanted. He gave us his honest opinion and did not try to sell us on something that was not right for us, which was so very much appreciated. We are out of town buyers and every time we contacted Ryan with questions, etc, he was so very responsive and never got annoyed with all of our questions.
