Ryan Froerer has been immersed in the real estate industry since 2003 and currently serves as President of Rescom Real Estate Management. His career began in property management, but he quickly saw the advantage of becoming a licensed real estate agent in Utah. Once licensed, Ryan expanded his reach to work with renters, homebuyers, sellers, investors, and commercial clients—building a well-rounded understanding of the market from every angle.
Today, Ryan manages a portfolio valued at over $200 million in income-producing properties, including single-family homes, multi-family communities, and more than 150,000 square feet of commercial space.
He is deeply involved in the industry, holding memberships in the National Association of Realtors, the Rental Housing Association of Utah, the National Apartment Association, and the National Association of Residential Property Managers. Ryan has also served as Chair of the Rental Housing Association of Utah and contributed to the Budget & Finance, Membership, and Independent Rental Owner Committees for the National Apartment Association.

Outside of real estate, Ryan treasures time with his wife, Tonya, their two sons, and daughter-in-law. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys Utah’s endless mountains, lakes, and trails, embracing the same energy and dedication in his personal life as he does in his professional endeavors.
