Ryan Gaertner

Ryan has lived in Phoenix hid entire life and he has loved being a native Phoenician, specifically to the North Scottsdale area, for the majority of that time. Both of his parents are in Real Estate, and so he grew up doing homework in Open Houses, tagging along to Showing Appointments, and watching them negotiate deals for their clients. After graduating from ASU and taking a run in the corporate world, he decided that Real Estate was always his calling.

Since 2016, he has been watching and educating myself about the market, figuring out the best ways to negotiate for his clients, and navigating Phoenix and its surrounding areas, finding the perfect home for the lifestyle people want to be around. If that is a golf course and active community, he will find it. If that is an up-and-coming area in your budget, he will find it. If it is a secluded desert getaway, he will find it.
