Ryan was seller agent on the property we recently bought. It was and is a pleasure working with him. He was prompt in responding every small query or question we had regarding the property, looping us in whenever needed during the closing and getting all the things done swiftly along with our buyers agent. Even after two months of closing he is helpful and quick in responding to things/information we need from the seller. I would highly recommend Ryan for his services.

Ryan is a great Realtor. He is very professional from the informative presentation on his company and himself to the closing of the sale.
We loved his helpful manner and quick response when we had a question or needed help. He has a great team of professionals to help with everything. He helped us get the best inspectors, handyman, gardener, and stager. Our home looked so beautiful for the open houses.
It sold after the first weekend of open houses and with Ryans help we got 8 offers and a fantastic price.

Received a mailer from R. Hafich and I decided to call. I’ve been a renter my whole life and I’ve never purchased a home or spoken to a real estate agent, so I was hesitant. RH was very patient, knowledgeable about many homes / pricing in my neighborhood, and also very knowledgeable of the surrounding neighborhoods that may be more affordable for me. Took the time to listen to all my questions and I felt very comfortable talking to him. Will be moving forward with RH in the future when I decide to continue on to my first home purchase. Ryan is a wonderful agent. He was always on top of things and always had a firm grasp on what was going on. He came into the picture when my main realtor had to go out of town. The man never missed a beat. He did all the catching up he needed to do and when we started working together it was like we had been working together from the start.

He always took the time to explain things to me until I fully understood what was going on. He always made time to talk to me whenever I had questions or concerns. He really took the time to get to know me and what I wanted in a house. He looked at me as more than just a sale, if a house wasn't what I wanted he had no problem with that answer and we moved onto the next one. If i needed a break or was having issues thinking things through he always gave me space and really honest advice/counseling. I felt no pressure from him to move faster than I was comfortable with.

When I was in escrow he went above and beyond finding vendors and contractors to do the things I needed to do to the house I was buying. He repeatedly went to bat for me and got me the best deal not only on the house but on the projects inside it as well. I also had a somewhat difficult seller and he did an excellent job handling that.

I could go on but bottom line I will definitely want him involved in all my future real estate ventures.
