Ryan Halsey

Ryan Halsey, Broker/Owner and Franchisee of EXIT Great Lakes Realty here in Charlotte MI. He was raised and have always lived in the Charlotte area but received his education in nearby Vermontville beginning with Maplewood Elementary then on to Maple Valley JR/SR High School, then to ITT Technical Institute for electronics engineering and robotics. Ryan, his wife, and his daughter farm some, making around 4000-5000 small square bales of hay. They also have a Maple Syrup operation with over one thousand taps. His family has been making Maple Syrup since 1921. He grew up in the Residential Construction business as his family owned a good-sized construction company. Ryan has been a licensed builder for the last 20 years and built a number of new homes before the Great Recession, then concentrated on fixer uppers afterwards. He has been a licensed Realtor since 2004, a licensed Broker since 2011. Ryan received the Bronze Award for Production from EXIT Realty International for the 2020 and 2021 production years, Growth Icon award and High Team Productivity award for 2010 & 2011 from a previous brokerage.
