Ryan Hoveland

Ryan Hoveland began his career in commercial real estate in 2006, just at the beginning of the recession. He had previously worked with the Boy Scouts of America in various counseling and educational roles. At the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management, he obtained his degree in Marketing as well as Psychology. Ryan is still involved in some activities with the U of M through his fraternity and other Alumni events.

Before forming Apex Commercial Properties, Ryan worked at a different agency for nine years, serving as the Senior Associate where he represented landlords and tenants, buyers and sellers of all different commercial properties around the Twin Cities, as well as being a mentor and guide for the newer agents in the office, providing training for them as well as assisting in their day to day processes.

Although Ryan has sold everything from a 75,000sf industrial property to a 1,500sf retail building, he has an active focus on the advisory services for the investment properties, as well as being an advisor for small to medium businesses in the lease or sale of office properties. He also has a focus on the Healthcare industry, understanding the need for an educated representative for his clients, and knowing that the negotiations for Healthcare related businesses takes a specialized knowledge to do correctly.
