Ryan Knapp

Ryan Knapp is excited to announce that he is Torelli Realty’s newest professional realtor. He was born and raised in Costa Mesa and his family have been valued members of the community since 1966. Ryan graduated from Estancia High School in Costa Mesa and continued his education at University of California at Irvine where he earned a BA in Political Science and was a 3-year Varsity Letterman (Player) on the Men’s Golf Team. Following graduation, Ryan worked in the mortgage industry at both a Mortgage Broker and Bank of America for 3 years. During his time at both institutions, he was able to assist clients in purchasing their dream homes. Each of those purchases was tailored specifically to the buyers’ unique financial needs. While working to obtain his real estate license, Ryan worked alongside Costa Mesa’s #1 realtor, Valerie Torelli, and served as her Marketing Director.
