Hi everyone, Ryan was very professional with my wife and myself. He was with us every step of the way. We thought we were wearing him thin because we looked at so many houses before we found what really fit us, but he never let up even when I got a little discouraged he pumped me back up. Ryan was my agent when I was buying my first home this year. He was dependable, honest, communicative, and trustworthy. My Dad has been in the housing business for 40 years and he recommended Ryan to me saying he was best in the business and Ryan lived up to that. Moving out of Baltimore was known but where out west was unknown. David Ostrowski (former realtor who moved out of the area) referred us to Ryan and we couldn’t have been happier. He help us narrow down our search to areas that would suit us and navigated both our house selling and buying which amazingly closed simultaneously on the same day. Ryan was very helpful as we started to look for a house. He was very flexible and reacted quickly when there was a house we wanted to see. Ryan took the time to make sure the showings fit to into our busy schedule and he always made himself available.
