Working with Ryan is a pleasure as he is easy going, understanding and open to change. Ryan does an excellent job looking for houses that are in your needs and wants. Ryan is great at communications and management. When I was having trouble asking questions or Just understanding what's going on, Ryan completely was able to help me understand, ask, or answers the questions I had. Ryan is flexible with schedule and understanding if there is a need to cancel shows. I have children and he was kind to them and other family members who joined in on the shows. When I was struggling to find a Loan office, Ryan referred us to a loan officer/company who they have worked together for a long time. The loan officer that we were paired with was excellent and helped us understand the loan process. Without Ryan's help, I don't think I would had been able to be where I am today with the house that we bought.

My husband I just closed on our house, and we wanted to share how awesome our experience was working with Ryan Platta! We were first-time homebuyers and had very little knowledge about how to find the right place. When making such a large decision, we wanted to work with someone that we could trust, as well as someone who was personable who we felt comfortable with talking to that listened to what we wanted. We were a little picky when it came to finding our first home, and overall it was a 7-month process with numerous showings, but Ryan worked hard for us and never gave up, even when my husband and I felt defeated at times. Ryan has this constant energy and is always encouraging!

Ryan is honest, hands-on, and he really helped to take the pressure off of us. He was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. Ryan always found time to help us, and was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, pointing out things that we may not have considered, and finding homes that met our needs, than he was on simply closing a deal. His professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, and great communication were all appreciated more than I can express in words.

We now consider Ryan a good friend and would absolutely recommend him to anyone that is searching for a new home. A HUGE thanks again to Ryan Platta and the Think Hallmark Real Estate Team for being such a pleasure to work with!
