I found Ryan online and had never even met him before working with him as my selling agent. I chose him because he had great reviews and had a kiddo on the way so I knew he'd work his butt off. I was overjoyed when he not only met my expectations but greatly exceeded them. I have worked with a lot of real estate agents but never one as responsive, helpful, and willing to go over the top as Ryan. I had a lot of twists and turns come up with selling this property and he was there every step of the way and even getting his hands dirty to help out with some of the renovations. 5/5 would recommend again, I wish that I was still going to be doing business in this area as I would 100% go with Ryan on the seller or buyers side!

Ryan is a rock star realtor. This was our second time selling a home and this time it was a home we were renting out. Part of our challenge was selling from another state. He made it extremely easy as he walked us through every step of the process, from start to finish. This included weekly calls updating us on progress being made. He also went WAY above and beyond by helping with the contractors and simply getting this house into the best possible shape for the buyer. And his advice that he gave us was spot on. Ryan delivered on every front. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We are first time home buyers and it is really a blessing that we met Ryan. From the beginning he took real personal care about our needs and helped us find the right property. We definitely couldn't have done this without him. He was patient enough to explain us things which we did not know. He comes with a power packed team in which everyone is really good at what they are doing. It is really rare to find someone who becomes your good friend after you meet them professionally. As first time buyers we were a bit nervous, unsure and not quite aware of the process. Ryan not only helped us find a perfect home in Bolingbrook but also made the whole process stress free for us. He understood our needs, knew about the local area, was very efficient in arranging viewings, did not overwhelmed us with too much info & the pressure of viewing a lot of homes. He was very responsive and answered all our questions and offered very valuable advice in making the final choice.

Never felt that we were dealing with a realtor but a friend who made the whole experience seamless and memorable. Highly recommended for purchase/sale of houses.

Ryan helped my husband and I find our home in Glen Ellyn, IL. Ryan showed us 50+ homes (we are very picky buyers - sorry Ryan!) throughout the western suburbs before we finally found the perfect house in Glen Ellyn. Although we toured many homes and the house hunt was not quick or easy, Ryan made the process enjoyable and stress-free with his calm and reassuring demeanor.
