This is our fourth selling and buying experience with Ryan Street. Both houses we have sold with Ryan went smoothly from start to finish. Ryan was involved from listing to closing and always kept us informed through the process. Ryan has the skills and integrity to do his job. After houses sold he helped find our new houses and helped us through the buying process as well.
Would recommend Ryan to anyone going through buying or selling process. He has our business forever!

Buying or selling a home can be a daunting task. Luckily I've done both with the help of Ryan Street and his team at windermere . Everything Ryan and his team did was quick and painless. From Buying my home and subsequently selling it 7 years later. Ryan and his team greatly impressed me and my wife. So much so that when it came time to sell , there was no question as to who would be helping us sell it.
Ryan's no nonsense approach and his team's speed and communication were quite refreshing. I'm going to be purchasing a new home later this year. And yes you guessed it ... we'll be using him yet again. If your thinking about buying or selling. You might want to give Ryan and his team a call. True experts. And we'll aware of all facets in selling or buying a home.

Knowledgeable, efficient, easy to work with, flexible, understands your needs and concerns. Puts your needs in front of his own. Has big picture of the market to add context to the ups and downs. We have used Ryan to buy and sell and he really works to get the deal done. Always available and quick to respond. Sense of humor helped during the negotiation and closing process. Escrow and office team are patient and good communicators.

I am not your run of the mill Realtor, I'm honest, direct and don't sugarcoat anything. Selling, Buying or Investing in Real Estate is a serious undertaking and far too many agents only understand our "side" of a transaction. If the agent isn't well rounded in the mortgage process, guidelines and staying in touch with the other economic indicators in the finance world that SHOULD be involved in a real Estate decision they are an absolute liability to your financial future. Just because they have a license, doesnt mean they know what they're doing.

This was my second time using Ryan Street and his team. The team that he has built is OUTSTANDING. He and his teammates are extremely knowledgeable on the area and housing market.

His team is there to work for you and are head and shoulders above other realtors. They will tell the truth and their opinion in all matters. This is the best team of realtors in SoCal.
