For seven years I have been a real estate professional in various capacities giving me a unique perspective about the industry. A knowledge base that I seek to use of service to others now, as a representative at Coldwell Banker Realty in Delray Beach, Florida. I vow to represent my clients in a professional, value-based manner, to either get them the best deal possible or net the highest amount at the end of a sale.
My time in the industry started as a wholesaler with a small investment group in Louisville, Colorado. This was an excellent experience speaking with people in unfortunate circumstances where they needed to sell their property right away. It was imperative to not devalue their property because of the bind they were in, but to get to the closing table as soon as possible to avoid things such as probate court. Being able to build trust over the phone was key to these quick transactions and really taught me a lot.
Following my experience as a wholesale investor, I joined another small investment group as a consultant, analyzing fix/flip projects and learning project management and skilled labor tasks in Denver, Colorado. Understanding what must come together to meet deadlines and to stay under budget is like being able to see underneath a magician's table. Coordinating between multiple parties in this manner is much like what it takes to buy or sell, getting everyone on the same page for a common goal. I learned so much about the construction of homes and renovation projects and really solidified my passion for design, architecture, and real estate.
Since these days I've also spent time working for a contemporary art & modern print production business working alongside interior designers as well as a brief stint at a mortgage company. Regardless of the capacity, my expertise lies in building relationships, communicating to achieve goals, and developing industry knowledge to pass along to end users, all while growing my own passions with the day to day.
In my personal time I enjoy exploring my connection to our natural environment, having been fortunate to live near the Rocky Mountains and now alongside the Atlantic Ocean. Out west I grew to really enjoy snowboarding/skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, camping, rafting and all things Colorado. Red Rocks amphitheater became a spiritual location personally, and an all-time favorite spot to see live music. Since arriving in Florida I've became an avid stand-up paddle boarder and snorkeler while growing a passion for landscape photography and chasing sunsets. I look forward to diving into more ocean adventures as time allows.
