Jeanne Nelms is a very professional, hard working, responsive real estate agent. She was always very courteous and worked hard to get my answers promptly. Our transaction went very smoothly with her assistance. Her suggestions she had for us also helped get our home sold within a day. She was able to juggle all the calls for showings very efficiently. She did a great job with the photography suggestion to also get the best photos for our home, which sold it above asking with all the offers we had. We had a great experience with her as our agent and give her our highest recommendation.

I can’t say enough good things about Jeanne. She was upfront about everything and what to expect. She got us in contact with all the help we needed to get the house ready for sale, and got more money for the house than I thought was possible.Her and her daughter Erin went the extra mile when we ran into a problem with the title on the house we were selling, she found a great probate lawyer and expedited the paperwork to keep the deal together. Jeanne and Erin also found a great agent where we were moving to, they have a great way of knowing who you need and finding them too.
I would recommend Jeanne and Erin to anyone in their area of Colorado who is looking to move, you will be glad you went with them.
