This was my first home purchase, and I can't express enough how AMAZING this experience has been with Mrs. Finlayson!

It was a totally remote process, and her attentiveness, knowledge of the area, and complete understanding of what we needed made it so much easier.

What I valued most was her understanding of the current real estate trends, home service preferred vendors, her upbeat and positive nature, and her graceful and professional manner.

She is absolutely a 5 star realtor in every possible way. I highly recommend Sabrina Finlayson for your real estate needs!

Having Sabrina Finlayson on my side all away during the process of getting me a house was the best thing I have never experienced. Sabrina is kind, loyal, knowledgeable and a perfect human being. Where do I start??? From the beginning of the process to the day of closing of our home, Sabrina was exceptional! I lost count of how many homes we went and viewed and we never felt rushed or felt as if she was just trying to make a sale. She took her time and every weekend we had a schedule to go and view homes. We finally found our home and she put in the offer and that same day she called and said the buyer accepted! She made the process of buying a home stress free and so easy! If you're looking for a home, Sabrina would be the best relator for that task! I assure you, you will not be disappointed! It's not about just selling a home to her, she wants you to be happy and have the home you truly want and she will do everything in her power to make sure that happens! Look no further! Sabrina was the absolute BEST!!! When I started working with her I was doubtful that buying my own home would be a reality. I worked with TWO other agents prior to being introduced to Sabrina and neither of them seemed invested in the process. Needless to say when Sabrina came on the scene she made things happen. I told her I already submitted my move out notice and had no time to waste since almost a month was wasted with the previous agents. Her response was, “ ok are you ready, because we about to hit the ground running”….. and the journey began! My very first call with Sabrina was on Wednesday February 23rd, I began receiving listings on Thursday, scheduled viewings on Friday and began visiting homes on Saturday (WHILE SHE WAS ON VACATION!!!!) When I tell you that vacation didn’t delay the home viewing process because Mrs. Finlayson arranged for her assistant take me out while she was away. I told her how much I loved the home on Saturday and she instantly began working her magic. On Sunday the exchange of documents began. On Monday my new home was under contract!!!!! I paid the earnest money on Thursday, March 3rd and the closing was on March 28th 🙌🏽. The overall attentiveness received was above and beyond what I previously experienced or even expected after dealing with two other agents. Sabrina was PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, KIND and EFFICIENT from the beginning to even after closing……. Surprised me with my first new home gift basket! 🤗🤩Whenever I had questions she explained and made sure I received actual answers instead of blowing me off or belittling me. Heck, she even took questions and calls from my best friend about the process. Through it all she never showed any signs of frustration. There is no doubt in my mind that without her I would have given up and signed another lease with the apartment complex. Thank you Sabrina for being part of this customized blessing! 🥰🥰🥰

Sabrina has been an absolute God send for me!!! I’m from St. Louis and needed a realtor that I can trust to help find investment properties in the Atlanta area and she was absolutely amazing! She listened to what I wanted in the properties and found me exactly what I was looking for. She’s very personable and was super easy to talk to! She’s helped me with finding contractors to work on the properties and she even helped me with setting the properties up (They’re AirBNB properties)!
