It was easy to work with. We had never sold a home before, and with Salah and his team's help, it went just as he said it would. We needed help with decisions on what to do to prepare our home for sale. He was very transparent and was there to help with every step. He had a team of painters, handymen, tree trimmers, window cleaners, and carpet installers. He would always stop by when they were doing the work or completing the job. When it came time for an open house, he showed us all the comps of the area, and we discussed a listing price that met our needs. The home sold in seven days after listing. Salah did an outstanding job selling our home!! Our house needed a lot of work and he told us what he recommended we do to get the best value for our home. We took his recommendations and he took care of getting all the workers set up and was at our house several times a day making sure the workers were coming along with the work and that we were holding up ok!! It was very stressful because we needed to sell asap and we were overwhelmed but he always made sure we were ok and if we needed anything to let him know! He always was available to take our calls and if not he would call right back. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows the market! He was confident that he would have our house sold in the very first weekend of open house and sure enough he did just that! I can’t imagine having to do open houses weekend after weekend! Salah is such a down to earth person and such a nice guy! STOP! Look no further than this page. If you are looking for the best realtor, look no further. Salah is by far the best realtor you can ever work with. He has helped us sell and purchase two homes. He is honest, kind, and trustworthy. My job relocated out of state, and we needed to sell our home in Tracy. We thought we would lose a ton of money because the market was not great. I called Salah, who we had used before, and he came to our home and laid out the best-case scenario for us. He asked us to trust him, and we did. He suggested that we hold off on selling until the interest rates went down and the housing market got better, so we did as he suggested. We waited for five months for the best time to sell, all under the guidance of Salah. We moved and left our home in his hands. He helped us find great and dependable people to spruce up our home to get ready to sell. If we had not trusted Salah, we would have lost over 100K on the sale of our home. Salah is in a league of his own! Over the last 7 years I have bought a condo in Walnut Creek, two homes in Tracy, and one in Mountain House. I have also sold two homes in Tracy and aided my mom in the year long process to sell my grandma’s home in Sacramento. During this time, I have had experience with 8 realtors. I have seen incompetence, laziness, uneducated realtors trying to make a quick buck and realtors that will let your property sit on the market forever.
At this point, I am so experienced with the buying and selling process of homes I didn’t think I could learn anything new. Salah pleasantly surprised me. He is the first realtor I have dealt with that took pride in my home and its appearance. He will work with your budget and was able to sell our home 7 days after listing. I’m confident in my perspective because I’ve been involved in the management, development, and construction of homes in Mountain House since 2009. Salah is the consummate professional. He is an exceptional strategist and negotiator. He addressed every detail in his marketing process and provided excellent advice for preparing our home prior to listing it for sale. His efforts enables us to maximize the sales price of our home.
Selling your home can be stressful and we’ve often felt that the realtors we’ve worked with in the past had a conflict of interest and that we were negotiating with our own agent in addition to the seller or buyer. We never got that feeling with Salah in that he simply laid out the facts and options and left it to us to decide how we wanted to proceed. Salah made the process fun and we really enjoyed working with him. Now that we’ve worked with Salah, we would never work on a real estate transaction in the area with anyone else. We plan on moving to Texas in the future. We are hoping to find the “Salah of Central Texas” when we start looking for our home there.

My husband and I moved three times within 10yrs and worked with three different agents. The third time, we were referred to Salah Salah through our broker, who highly recommended him. All I can say is how lucky and amazed we are.

Salah Salah is very knowledgeable about the market and gives us any and all info he has during the tour of each house. He was very detailed, checking everything in the house even areas my husband and I haven’t thought of, something we didn’t get from the first two agents we worked with. He gave us his opinions and let us know in the end it is our choice no matter what.

We bought our first home after a couple months of looking because our first realtor was pushing us to by any house when he was super nice at first and my husband was feeling bad so we bought one we are just okay with. I met with Salah initially to gather the information I needed to help me decide whether I wanted to sell my house at that moment or wait. I was not prepared for the breadth of knowledge that Salah shared with me all at once, but he relayed it to me in a way I could easily understand. Salah's knowledge of the current market situation for my area helped me make informed decisions.

Once I gave Salah the go ahead to put my home on the market, he immediately went to work in the background and kept me informed as needed. Although it was a seller's market, I didn't have a ton of people walking through my house at all times of the day and my time and privacy was respected. There was not one time I felt pressured to make decisions, and always felt in control of the decisions I made. Salah took my wish list and translated them into offers as he negotiated not just the best deal, but what made sense for my family. The entire process was handled very professionally and quickly.

In addition, selling my house also meant buying another house and I was crazy enough to do it at the same time. I couldn't ask for a better relator than Salah, so he rolled with me on my journey to finding my next home.

There are not enough accolades in the dictionary to describe Salah. So I will just say, he is simply the best. My wife and I have bought and sold multiple homes before, but we have never worked with a realtor that cares for his clients as his own family or knows more about the process or the market as much as Salah. He was there for us 24-7. Any time we called and left a message, he would get back to us right away. He always delivered on his promises. Most realtors’ communications with the client end right after the house is sold. But, Salah kept in touch with us even after our transaction was done. He recommended a realtor in the city we moved to and made sure we were not pressured into buying something we didn’t like. We always recommend him to all our friends and family in the Bay Area.

We were recommended to Salah by my brother who had recently sold his home and used his services. Little did we know what an excellent experience we would have. Salah exceeded our expectations from the start! We knew our home was in need of a makeover just to bring it up to par with the current market and Salah was our one-stop shop to make that happen. He went through our home in full detail - from front yard to backyard, inside and out, top to bottom - and provided recommendations on what we might want to consider upgrading for our home to meet its full potential. We were introduced to Salah by a friend and right from the first meeting we realized we were in good hands. Although we were buying from the builder directly, Salah guided us through the process, gave multiple tours of different models and the best part was that he was super responsive. Buying a new home is less complex compared to resales, but still there is a lot a first time home buyer needs to understand. Salah guided us through the process and was always following up with us on progress and offering help. I am a licensed real estate agent with $100,000,000 in sales in the past 12 months, but due to work circumstances, I am unable to facilitate private transactions. This is what prompted us to start looking into a real estate agent to help us list and sell our home.

From the moment we first contacted Salah a few months back to discuss listing our home, we knew he was a keeper. Being able to reach and stay in contact with your real estate agent is key. Salah was the only local agent who was always able to answer the phone, whether it be during the day, or at 11:00pm at night.

After getting serious and buckling down on our decision to sell, we were on the market in less than 7 days. 24 hours after going on the market, we were pending with an offer $50,000+ over asking price, a quick close and 0 contingencies. This was a record sale in our neighborhood, selling for almost $100,000 more than the model home in our community.

One thing to take away from Salah is the way he sets expectations. Our experience has proved that the confidence he portrays is backed by real results - something not a lot of agents are able to attest to.
