Sally Guglielmo

Sally grew up in Bethesda, MD and graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park. After getting married in 1992 she moved around quite a bit, due to her husband’s job, with a start in Tokyo, Japan. She has also lived in Hoboken, New Jersey, Cohasset, MA and Hinsdale, IL and now owns a home in The Colony in Bonita Springs with her husband, Mark. Married for 26 years, Sally and Mark have 3 children, Emily, 24, Julia, 22, and Matthew, 18.

In her career in sports marketing, she learned sales and marketing while working for a company that published and sold advertising for the MLB All-Star game, NHL All-Star game and NCAA programs. That company was also the founder of the American Century Celebrity Golf Championship held in Lake Tahoe and broadcast on NBC sports where she worked directly with the celebrity golfers and their families.

While living in the Chicago area, Sally co-founded a non-profit organization named “Green Halo Scholars” (www.greenhaloscholars.org) to assist underserved, low-income high school students in the area gain entrance into college and assist them in securing financial aid.
