Sally was awesome!! She made herself available to view houses with us from south of Denver all the way up to Ft. Collins over a weekend when we came in from out of town. We looked at many houses and finally walked into our dream home on a Sunday Afternoon. Sally immediately activated the "Sally Network" and hooked us up with responsive professionals from her preferred mortgage broker to a house inspector and foundation specialist. She even attended the inspection on our behalf when we couldn't be there. She was transparent and reassuring throughout the whole process and we closed in fewer than 30 days! I would highly recommend Sally to anyone looking for a professional, experienced, and savvy real estate agent. We'll be back to sell with her when we're ready with our next dream!

Sally was a pleasure to work with as our buyer's agent, and deeply patient with us as first-time home buyers. She went above and beyond in getting us the information we needed at every stage (including repair estimates on an issue that was definitely non-standard), and always gave us an honest professional perspective while making sure that we stayed in the driver's seat for all decisions. Sally helped me a lot when purchasing and selling my home. She showed me many homes in the area that I hadn't seen in my research and I ended up buying one at a great price. When I sold the home, I had thought about selling it without a realtor, but luckily I contacted Sally instead. She told me that she thought I could get far more money than I planned to list it for, and pulled up many comps in the area to explain why. I ended up selling the house for far more than I'd planned with her help and knowledge of the market. I highly recommend her for both buying and selling homes.

This was our first time buying a house and as new home buyers the process can often be complicated and overwhelming but Sally made it as easy as possible. She walked us through each portion of the process made sure we understood everything and helped us each step of the way. My job also requires me to have long and weird hours and she was more than accommodating even finding us a way to do our closing documents signing on a sunday so I could be there for the signing with my husband. When there were hiccups in the road she helped us through each of them. I would highly recommend Sally to anyone who is buying a house as she helped us get our number one choice and made the process painless!

We highly recommend Sally Grenier! She is an absolute pleasure to work with and far exceeds typical realtor expectations. We relocated from the East Coast, and as such had limited capabilities to visit Colorado prior to our purchase.
