Sam was very knowledgeable, profesional, and strategic when it came to purchasing my home. Sam Khalil is an amazing real estate agent for a myriad of reasons. I just recently closed on my first purchase with him and it could not have gone more smoothly. Not only was Sam responsive and available at pretty much anytime I needed him, but he was also extremely knowledgeable about real estate and the entire industry. He is an excellent evaluator, negotiator, and people person. He is even a mortgage broker so he can simultaneously be your agent and lender- a great thing to have in a competitive market that requires quick closing. He was able to vouch for me as his client and solve any issue or concern I had throughout the process.
