Sam is without a doubt the most patient and hardworking realtor. He helped us find our dream home in the midst of everyone else searching for homes that resulted in countless offers on many house. My fiancé and I both work in healthcare and our schedules are not exactly flexible, but he did not very thing he could to make the house search fit our schedule. He kept our hopes high after MANY unsuccessful house visits and ultimately helped us to where we are now. When we signed on the house, Sam even went out of his way to refer us to contractors that he knows and trusts, which I feel is above and beyond.
