About Sam

For over thirty years, Sam West has been lending his expertise to helping people across Palm Springs and its surroundings achieve their loftiest real estate aspirations. Born mere miles from the Nile River in Egypt, he moved to Los Angeles at the age of 13 in search of a better education. His keen eye earned him a spot in UCLA’s interior design program, preparing him for his role at an interior design firm where he mastered the art of home beautification. It’s a skill that benefits his burgeoning client base to this day.
Sam’s career became even more hands-on when he began working as an in-demand real estate advisor, counseling everyone from first time home buyers and sellers to investment veterans on sage strategies. Because Palm Springs and its surrounding areas are a premier vacation destinations for people from around the country and the world many choose to have a home here. To continue to serve his clients far beyond the sale, Sam began his custom home concierge home services. Homeowners will rest assured their properties are looked after during their absences.

A true Renaissance man, Sam also owned his own bustling restaurant for a time; Club One Eleven in Palm Springs. When not elevating clients to their real estate goals, he regularly hosts his “Signature West Podcast”, available on most podcast platforms. He’s also an award-nominated director, most recently making Indie Short Fest’s semifinalist list in the Short Film Director category for “Going Home”; a documentary about his colorful life. A big believer in giving back to the community, Sam donates 10% of his earnings to the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund
