Samantha Osani

Hi! I’m Sam. I have lived in Colorado since 1995. I went to CSU Fort Collins and got my archaeology degree in 2013, and then to the University of Denver for my master’s in environmental policy in 2019. I have been a Realtor since 2016 and a property manager since 2023, and I truly love what I do! There is nothing I enjoy more than helping people achieve their dreams.

I believe a home should be someone’s escape, their haven, and their comfort. Home is where we spend time with loved ones, watch our favorite shows, and spend holidays. It is where we can relax and be fully ourselves. A home is such an important and massive piece of our lives. I firmly believe that having a place to call “home” and growing wealth should be attainable for everyone.

When I am not serving my clients, I am a singer-songwriter, baker, book-lover, biker, and concert-goer. I live in Denver with my two cats, Lady and Marvin.
