When we were unable to think of who we would call for any part of the closing process she ‘had a guy’! She is even still assisting with the after closing moving in process. Overall choose her! Working with Sam has been an amazing experience! We are first time home owners and active duty military. Even before we applied for our home loan she was patient and enthusiastic about helping us find our dream starter home.

Even though she was unable to help us herself (we live in a different part of the country), she personally researched and vetted potential realtors and assisted us with finding THE ONE! the support and knowledge that she provided took us from making an offer on May 5th to closing on June 1st!

If you are looking for a realtor, you can definitely stop now because you have found her! Sam’s support through this process deserves way more than 5 stars but Google said no Lol!

Needless to say, when it’s PCS time again and we are looking for another realtor, she will be our first and only stop.

This was my very first full home buying experience. Today’s housing market, is the most insane market ever. I didn’t think I would find anything.
