Easy access to downtown Richmond and Interstate 95
Commuters have an easy trip to Downtown Richmond, a drive that takes around 15 minutes. Richmond Highway provides a direct route. “You're also right by Interstate 95, which will take you pretty much anywhere on the East Coast,” Allen says. The Greater Richmond Transit Company bus stops along Richmond Highway, with a route to downtown that takes around 30 minutes.

The neighborhood we live in is still up and coming, Richmond is growing, therefore the surrounding neighborhoods are improving since more people are interested in moving and living closer to the downtown area. I plan on living here for a while, more opportunities are popping up. lots of new developments, restaurants, condos are popping up everywhere. i look forward to seeing the change a few years from now.
