Sammy Dweck comes from a longtime Washington real estate family that imparted the values of personal and professional integrity. A bona fide top producer, Mr. Dweck has personally brokered the transfer of in excess of $100 million in property. His broad portfolio of sales includes condos, penthouses, single family homes, townhomes, and estates. A specialist in pre-war buildings, Sammy takes particular joy in managing sales of historic Beaux Arts properties.

Sammy appreciates the symbiosis of the distinctive Sotheby’s auction house brand with its real estate division, which affords his clients access to exceptional marketing resources and luxurious perks. Mr. Dweck’s keen eye for luxury inures to the benefit of his clients; he has the distinction of having referred a client’s estate sapphire to the Sotheby’s Auction House where it was discovered to be a rare Kashmir sapphire and traded for nearly $1 million.

His own affinity for the arts and design is expressed in his collection of later 20th century posters, serigraphs, bronzes, and objects that pay homage to the roaring twenties and the art deco era.

Sammy is an alumnus of New York University, where he earned a degree in Politics. His accolades include the National Association of REALTORS “30 Under 30”, Top Individual Producer in the TTR Sotheby’s Downtown Brokerage in 2018, six times Top Producer by Washingtonian Magazine and noted as one of the “100 Best Real Estate Agents” by the same publication.
Sammy serves as an Ambassador for Safe Shores, the D.C. Children's Advocacy Center, and as the Treasurer of the board of a private charitable foundation. He also volunteers on his co-op Board. Sammy previously served on the DCAR Public Policy Committee and as a State Political Coordinator for the Association. He lives with his Havanese dogs Joey and Lucy in a pre-war building in Kalorama, a leafy residential enclave just up the hill from the heart of the city.
