Sam really sets the bar high. One of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet and although I know we weren’t his only clients, he definitely made it feel that way. We have bought and sold a house with Sam now. He communicated with us every step of the way, handled every problem that popped up, and made it the most stress free situation when it could have been a headache. We are so grateful to have met Sam and would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a house. Sam, we cant thank you enough for all you have done.

Sam is very easy to work with and was very responsive throughout the whole buying process. He found houses that were in our price range and made the buying process enjoyable. He also recommended a lender that managed to make the financing possible within the time-frame that we needed. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy property.

Sam helped us sell a rental home and made the entire process so smooth and easy! We also had Sam help us find my dad his forever home! He was awesome, even helped us with moving some of my dads items in on move-in day! Super great guy, highly recommend!
