Samuel Okine, born in Accra Ghana, and lived in London has strong ties to New York and the east coast. Prior to entering real estate, Samuel was a successful sales executive, who negotiated high-value deals for companies and organizations across the country. Some of his responsibilities, were digital marketing, negotiating, lead generation, identifying key decision-makers, and managing client relations. After a 7+ year career in corporate sales working for tech companies like Bloomberg L.P., Samuel followed his long-time passion and dove into real estate. Samuel prides himself in making sure his partners achieve their goals and get the best deal. He graduated from American University, in Washington D.C. where he majored in business management and minored in human capital management & technology. When not working, he studies martial arts, enjoys working out, taking acting/improv classes, meeting new people, and spending time with friends & family.
