About Sandi

It did not take Sandi Zimmerman long to begin making her mark in the Colorado market. She was the youngest-ever President of the Colorado Association of REALTORS. In 1988 and 1994, Andi earned REALTOR of the Year from the Douglas/Elbert REALTOR Association. Sandi also secured the CAR President’s Distinguished Community Service Award in 1991. She was awarded the RE/MAX President Award, the highest honor for service to the real estate industry given annually in a five-state region to an agent who has shown outstanding commitment to community involvement and service in the industry. In 2016, she was recognized as one of the one hundred Most Influential Real Estate Agents in Colorado.

Sandi served as President of the Douglas/Elbert REALTOR Association in 1987 and 1988. She has also been a CAR and NAR Director and has held committee chairs, including legal Hotline and State Convention. Topping it off, Sandi was the state association’s president in 1996. She is currently on the Meetings and Conventions Committee, Past Presidents, and has been a Metrolist Director & Chairperson.

Born and raised in Boulder, Colorado, Sandi began her real estate career in 1979. She has been active in the real estate industry for thirty-six years and in leadership positions for thirty-four years. Sandi is dedicated not only to her profession but also to her family and church. She says she would not have been able to achieve her goals without the support of her husband Mark and their family. Sandi and Mark make their home in Castle Rock and look for every opportunity to enjoy water skiing, snowboarding, bible study, camping, golf, hiking, and traveling.
