Sandra has to be the world's most patient real estate agent. We met her at a open house and she was so kind to us that we started our home search with her. We made her show us so many houses, while we figured out what we wanted and what we could afford. She was always available and helpful and never pressured us into making a decision . During escrow with our new house and while selling our old house she was on top of every little detail and it is her attention to detail that really helped everything go smoothly. The agent for the buyers of our old house really dropped the ball, and thanks to Sandra following up on everything we managed to close on time with a minimum of stress,

We had worked with several other agents over the years and no one really listened the way Sandra did. In fact, the very first home she showed us, we made an offer on. When that home was taken off the market, the next one she showed us we bought! It was everything we wanted, and more.
Sandra has an incredible ability to really understand your needs. When we were ready to buy investment property, she did it again; showed us a property that was bank owned with 2 houses on 1 lot as we asked for. We never bought anything that way but low and behold she helped us with the winning bid. We will continue to work with Sandra and recommend her highly.
