Sandra Klatt

Sandi Klatt is a Denver native. She grew up in the North suburbs and settled in Southeast Aurora to raise her son along with her husband, Paul. After their son left for the University of Colorado, Sandi and Paul elected to live in Capitol Hill, leaving the suburbs for the walking culture of central Denver. They purchased a large 1905 Denver square and lovingly restored it. During the purchasing process, Sandi realized that she could use her unique combination of local knowledge, years of legal experience and business acumen to help others. Sandi enjoys connecting with her clients, developing an understanding of their needs, and studying the market to find a property that exceeds expectations. She also enjoys discovering the inherent artistry of so many Denver homes.
