We happened upon Sandra when we had a poor experience with another realtor, and are so grateful we did. Our first time home buying process was easier and smoother than we could have ever expected. As a military family, we had to complete our home purchase at a distant with a deployed spouse, and Sandra went above and beyond to ensure the home purchase was a success. This was the fourth home I've sold and Sandra gave the best selling experience by far. We really appreciate the fact that she had very open communication. She answered her phone all hours of the day and reached out to us often to keep us updated on any new developments. She didn't sit around and wait, she stayed on top of things and kept us informed. She also fought hard to make sure we got a fair deal. She had our house under contract for full asking price after one day on the market. Sandra helped sell my first home then helped my husband and I purchase our second home. We moved from in town to out east in Calhan to a property with 40 acres. Not only was Sandra able to get us a great price on the sale of our first home (well beyond what I thought it would sell for) but found us a great deal on the purchase of land and a brand new home. Her knowledge of real estate is exemplary. She listened to what we wanted and gave several options to look at. This was my first time moving to a rural area and she walked us through step by step while our home was being built and taught me things I would have never thought about: like soil tests, water rights and what kind of well we needed based on what we wanted to use our property for. She’s absolutely amazing and I would use her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
