Sandra made our first time buying a home extremely stress-free. The process was completely new to us, but she walked us through every step of the way giving us confidence in the decisions we were making. She found and showed us around many homes that fit in our criteria, was very knowledgeable about the area, and was able to give great examples from personal experience. We never once felt any pressure to settle on a home that we weren’t sure about, and Sandra was always candid with her opinions in each place we visited. She has great contacts for every step of the process, and a history of working with them that allowed our closing process to go smoothly. If we are ever in the market for a home again, we will definitely be going with Sandra Majors.

Sandra Majors made the experience of buying a home in Idaho an extremely easy process with her knowledge of the housing market and local area. The professionalism throughout the process was a pleasurable experience. We bought our house before seeing based on Sandra's thorough research and relationship she built with the seller.
