I feel like we had the one of the most complicated sales:

1) Fire evacuation for 2 weeks leaving ~10 days to do inspections
2) Challenges with a contingency to buy our new home
3) COVID rules and restrictions

and Sandra made it look simple. Her experience is not just the years she has been an agent, but the way she brought her knowledge and skills together to give us confidence we would be able to sell our home on time in a very stressful situation.
