Sandra Sanchez

Sandra has lived in Albuquerque, New Mexico her entire life and loves this city! When she’s not making homeownership and investment dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys volunteering in the community, hiking and soaking in nature, exercising, and most importantly, spending quality time with her family.

In addition to Real Estate, Sandra has over 18 years of knowledge in the development of multiple Multifamily Housing and Industrial Revenue Projects in the State of New Mexico through Bonds. These bonds assist in the financing of projects that promote new and existing businesses, encourage employment, and finance the acquisition, construction, or rehabilitation of new development and affordable housing in the beautiful State of New Mexico.

Sandra has also assisted in the formation of several Public Improvement Districts (PIDs), which can provide a means to fund supplemental services and improvements to meet community needs that could not otherwise be constructed or provided and be paid by those who most benefit from them.

Sandra has always had a passion for assisting in the development of Real Estate, jobs, and economic growth in the State of New Mexico. Her biggest passion is to help New Mexicans grow in their community through owning real estate, achieving an abundance mindset, and realizing their fullest potential and she would LOVE the opportunity to help you!
