Sandy Greene

Having grown up in the Bethany Beach/Ocean View area, Sandy has a unique perspective and in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market. She has been active in real estate sales locally for over 30 years and has extensive sales experience all over Sussex County, Delaware. Through her commitment to excellence in the real estate industry, Sandy has been actively involved in the Sussex County Association of Realtors having served as Association President in 2011 and was Sussex County Association Realtor of the Year in 2013. Sandy has served on national as well as state and local committees in the Realtor organization and currently serves on the Professional Standards committee. Sandy and her husband, Bud have raised their three children in this beautiful area they call home. She enjoys living in the beach area and enjoy sailing, fishing, and spending time with friends and family.
