Sandy Jones is the real deal. Not only is she a wonderful kind person she is a incredible realtor. She knows her craft and is so supportive during the home buying and selling process. She was able to assist us with a purchase of a home in a market that is extremely tough with her knowledge and foresight. When selling our home she worked so hard to make sure all offers were presented with great detail. Her patience with answering questions and sharing her thoughts with true experience is priceless. There is no one else I would rather work with for such a important investment. Sandy Jones is a true gem.

Sandy is the best! She was thorough, professional and a pleasure to work with. I was an out of state buyer which makes the process a lot more complicated but Sandy helped me every step of the way!

She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, from the making the offer to getting the utilities turned on.

Sandy has been a pleasure to work with. I moved from Jersey to Orlando, not an easy task. From my first Phone call with Sandy until the closing date 8 weeks later, Sandy was by my side. This young lady made me feel very comfortable making decisions. Sandy asked questions and always listened. Putting my needs first. With her knowledge, she helped me win a bid on a home, which had 30 other bidders. Sandy has the knowledge of the Housing market and the expertise of writing contracts and offers, which enabled me to find the home I was searching for, and win this very competitive bid. A HUGE rave for Sandy Jones as a realtor. We started talking to Sandy nearly two years ago as we started our move to Florida. Sandy was so helpful even early on with no sale in sight. She knows this area so well and shares her knowledge freely. We stayed in touch and she sent us all the homes in our price and location range.
As our searching began in earnest in 2021, Sandy took the time to really listen to what was on our wish list. She drove us all over the place and again she listened to what we were saying inside homes to fine tune our search process. She kept us away from homes near sewage facilities and up against busy roads.
As is the case for many out of state buyers, the house we loved online wouldn't last long so Sandy went to the open house for us and gave us a video tour. She helped us strategize the best and highest offer we could make without overpaying. The next day we won the house. And we moved in this past weekend. We can't believe we get to live in our perfect new home.
Everything from contract to close was super smooth and Sandy's communication was outstanding. Sandy's been in touch every few days since we closed and she always returns messages right away whenever we have a question for her.
Sandy works so hard for her clients and keeps their wants and needs front of mind. I can't recommend her enough!

I've been so blessed to have Sandy by my side. She is so on top of everything. She will fight for you and make sure every situation is in your best interest. I've been doing business with Sandy for the last decade. She helped me buy my first home with the difficult VA loan. She then helped me sell that home 5 years later. She fought by my side through my next purchase of new construction and all the hiccups that come with that. She can walk through a home and spot things immediately that I would never see. Sandy later helped me find the perfect townhouse for my aging parents that fit EVERY criteria we needed. Sandy ALSO helped me find 2 investment properties. Sandy was absolutely amazing from the minute we met her. Sandy was a resource for us even before we decided to buy. She helped us move to Florida by assisting with our rental search without a dime coming her way. Strictly out of the kindness of her heart. Her personality is very bubbly but down to earth. She always has a smile on and a cheerful way of talking but also knows when to get to business. She goes above and beyond her duty to get to know the family not just the buyers. She treated us as family and always stood in touch. She somehow managed to always keep us up to date on anything and everything that happened during our purchasing process. She never said no to any of our wacky requests and always made time for us no matter what may have been going on in her own life. I honestly think she is a machine cause she always took us to every house we asked with moments notice, most of the time it was 3 or 4 at a time. We are truly blessed to have met her and recommend her to all that are looking for homes. The kids even said how happy they were that she was our agent. This is our third purchased home and may have been the smoothest and delightful process ever. Sandy will always be family to us. Calling daily for advise and help with the order of paper work to even calling to see how the process and steps or out mental state were going, because first time home owners is a hard process.
